My grandma couldn’t hear out of one ear. When her hearing aids weren’t enough, we had to yell a lot. We would yell so she could hear, but she would get offended because she thought we were yelling at her. We would make it up to her by hugging her and showing her that we cared. It was in those moments that I realised that care and love are an integral part of accessibility. The video shows me caring for her hearing aids while remembering those moments of caring for her.
