Our body, your face. Our everyday environment is increasingly online, blurring the lines between the physical and digital body. The image of yourself no longer needs to be tied to your material body. In an environment of data extractivism, algorithms and digital doppelgangers, you are only partially in control of your online behaviour and digital expression. So who shapes this sense of self? Our body, your face. This interaction may seem simple, but it is not.
As our digital lives compete with our physical ones, how important is it to know the drivers behind these online systems? And while these worlds present themselves as equally accessible to all, how inclusive are these technologies really?
