Sometimes, I forget that my brain isn’t ‘normal.’ I forget that not everyone scripts their daily interactions or juggles a million thoughts at once, with a thousand things to say.

Too often, we hear: “Well, everyone has a little bit of ADHD.” This sentiment is reinforced by social media content that oversimplifies symptoms and encourages self-diagnosis. It’s easy to mistake occasional distraction or procrastination for something more. But ADHD isn’t just about struggling with homework or not doing the dishes – it’s a complex, often invisible condition. Attention! invites you to experience an attempt to recreate a version of an ADHD brain – if only to a limited extent.
